Hi neighbor! I’m pretty sure my daughter is Miami-bound at some point. That is such a gorgeous little part of the world, I think she will fall in love with the campus. My son is going to Wright State this fall (we hope by then it’s safe). Yesterday was so windy I was convinced the pear blossoms would all blow away but they are still there. Porch sitting and decorating with what we have is about all we can do. With time in our side, just enjoy the process and take your time. Shopping with what we already have is kind of fun.

Thank you, Pat! She’s a cutie. We are struggling to keep her inside, lol. I wish we had more land here but the neighborhood was too cute to pass up. This house is actually larger than our last house with the tiniest lot. I can only imagine what the land in Colorado Springs would offer. So beautiful out that way!

Thanks Darlene…the pear trees only bloom for a short time and make quite a mess, but at their peak our neighborhood looks so beautiful. Good luck with your landscaping! I love gardening and tend to “overdo” it and buy too many plants. Trying to avoid the temptation and choose wisely this time around :)

I knew you lived in Ohio but had no idea we are practically neighbors. We live outside of Oxford ( home of Miami University).
